Staff management system

All staff management ran on paper and files passed back and forth: contracts printed and signed, attendance kept by hand, data the accountant requested that someone had to sit down and gather.

I built an application that brings it all into one place. The employee registry, contracts issued automatically and signed electronically, a timesheet system with monthly reports, payment files ready for the bank. Each employee’s documents file themselves into their own folder.

The most useful part: the accountant logs in and gets what they need themselves, instead of requesting it and waiting.

Each user sees only what applies to them, and employees are explicitly informed about how their data is processed.
